Exclusion Criteria

Current probable danger to self and/ or active danger to others (suicidal, psychotic, overtly aggressive and dangerous).

Functioning is lower than mild retardation.

Determined to have current addiction to alcohol or drugs.

Unsuccessful treatment, or lack of prior treatment in sex offender program and requires a more restrictive environment as recommended by one or more of the following:

Individual assessment by CSOTP
Psycho-Sexual evaluation
Risk Assessment (i.e. JSOAP, ABEL Screen, etc.)

Physical Handicaps associated with ambulation, sight, hearing, speaking, etc; that would prevent the applicant from being able to function in program.
