Intercept In-home ServicesWhether a youth is returning to a natural family or a foster family, or whether a young adult is receiving independent living services or living on their own, in-home counseling and mental health support services are typically required to ensure a successful transition into the least restrictive setting. Intercept In-Home Services provides 24 hour crisis management in addition to planned counseling sessions. Intensive In-Home Counseling is covered by Medicaid, and is a key element of the Intercept LifeBridge. |
