Intercept Youth Services in Richmond, VA, Central Virginia, provides comprehensive treatment programs for troubled adolescent males and females.

The goal of Intercept’s IN HOME Program is to help ensure the success of individuals and families within their daily lives by preserving and strengthening the family unit and improving the individuals overall behavioral and emotional stability. These services are provided both within the client’s home and their communities allowing for maximum flexibility, responsiveness and real world application.

Services

Intensive In-Home
Is a short term, concerted, therapeutic intervention that allows families to remain intact. The program also promotes the successful reunification of children with their biological or foster / adoptive families. Services are child centered, family focused and foster safe and enduring connections to the community.

Transitional Services
A precursor to Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Support, Transitional Services allow clients in congregate care and Independent Living settings to seamlessly reintegrate into the community, proactively, by both establishing services and building a rapport with the client and family prior to discharge.
