The LifeBridge aims to support and rehabilitate individuals where they are in their treatment journey. Services include the least restrictive options up to out-of-home placement. Intercept Health exists to help people grow and live their healthiest lives.

This information is crucial for scheduling a face-to-face assessment, should it be necessary. Please note that crisis services cannot be administered over the phone.
